Spring Service Tips

After months of cold winter weather, spring is finally in full swing! However, as great as the warmer weather of spring feels, it can cause complications for your car just like the biting cold of winter. In order to make sure that your vehicle is ready for the season of spring, we’ve assembled a list of tips on how to prepare your car for spring so that you can prepare for anything the season sends your way.

Replace Your Windshield Wipers
Spring weather is defined by frequent rain showers. These rain showers can often occur suddenly, and they can often be quite heavy. In order to ensure that you are ready for these frequent showers, go out and buy a new set of windshield wipers. With a new set of wipers on your side, your vehicle can be prepared for rain showers no matter how unexpected or powerful they are.

Check Your Tire Pressure
The weather can go back and forth between warm and cool during the spring. This constant change in temperature can often have a profound effect on the air pressure in your tires. In order to make sure that your tires always have the optimal amount of air pressure, you should check your tire pressure throughout the spring to make sure it remains in the recommended levels for your vehicle.

Clean Out Your Car’s Interior
Over the course of winter, a lot of cargo and supplies can accumulate in the cabin of your vehicle. If you want more space in your car during the spring, be sure to clear the cabin of all the excess stuff you have inside. Plan out a spring-cleaning day in order to tidy up your vehicle’s cabin. Once you are done, you will have a more organized vehicle to drive throughout the spring!
