Grand Rapids on Tap Festival
America on Tap is a series of craft beer festivals held around the country to celebrate small breweries and let locals sample a range of amazing beers. This year, Grand Rapids will be holding Grand Rapids on Tap on Saturday, July 15.
Grand Rapids is known as Beer City, so it’s the perfect place to hold a festival where more than 50 breweries will come from around the country to hand out over 100 styles of craft beer. The festival will be held at Calder Plaza from 3 to 7 p.m.
Beer isn’t all you’ll find at Grand Rapids on Tap, though. There will also be tons of other features at the event, like live music played by the best local bands the city has to offer as well as food from favorite Grand Rapids restaurants. Full lists of food vendors and entertainment will be available closer to the event, so keep checking on the Grand Rapids on Tap website to find out more! You can also purchase tickets there.
There will be four rounds of pricing. Tickets are currently $30 until April 30, after which they’ll go up to $35 until July 9, then $40 until July 14. Buying tickets at the door will cost you $45. Designated Driver tickets are available at the door for $10, so guests who don’t plan to drink can still experience the other festival events. You have plenty of time to preregister for Grand Rapids on Tap, but do it soon to take advantage of that low price!
The event is rain or shine, so no matter what the weather’s like, you can come out and enjoy a huge variety of delicious craft beers, live entertainment, amazing food, and more. You can even register to become a volunteer or vendor on the website.
